Joseph H. Mitchiner, Esq.
Joe received his college degree in business administration and his law degree with magna cum laude honors. He has also received the Martindale-Hubbell® AV® Preeminent™ rating, which is the highest possible rating for an attorney for both ethical standards and legal ability after being reviewed and recommended by his peers – members of the bar and the judiciary. As a bonus, Joe has been licensed and engaged in the private practice of law in North Carolina since 1977, with extensive experience in real estate, construction law and civil litigation matters.
In addition to State courts, Joe is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and various other federal courts, including the U.S. Tax Court.
Above all, Joe has been blessed with a long marriage and two children, who have further blessed him with three grandchildren.

Private practice since 1977 with years of concentration in estate and income taxes, Wills, probate administration, real estate matters, construction law and civil litigation. Practice now limited exclusively to Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning, including related aspects of taxation, business organization and asset protection.
